What: Student Registration
When: Tuesday, 8/8/2017 - 8:00 - 12:00 OR Wednesday, 8/9/2017 - 12:00 - 4:00
Who: All students, new and returning, that will be in 1st-5th grades for the '17-'18 school year
More Information: At the student registration, we will have you complete the following forms so that we can ensure we have the most up to date information on your student as possible:
- Registration Form
- Medical Information Form
- Allergy Form
We also ask that parents bring an updated immunization record if possible.
Along with the immunization record, we are also asking parents to bring the following items with them to allow for a smooth first day of school:
- Any medication that your child needs
- Lunch Money to be deposited into your student's account
We will be providing parents with the Supply List at that time and students will be notified which teacher they are assigned to.
We are excited to get started! The '17-'18 school year is going to be an amazing one!
